Questions About Your Order:

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.

Can I make changes to my order?

No, once an order is placed you cannot make any changes. You can, however return or exchange. (see returns)

When does my order ship?

Your order will ship between 1-2 days from placing your order. When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, once it has shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that contains your tracking number once your package has shipped.

Shipping:

How much is shipping?

If your order is $100 or more shipping is free. If your order is less than $100, shipping is $8. If you are a Five Four member use your Five Four Club email to create an account and shipping is free.

*For Hawaii and Alaska, members and non members will be charged a $7 surcharge.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

How long will shipping take?

Our standard shipping is 7-10 business days.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/P.O. Box Addresses?

We do accommodate for APO, FPO as well as P.O. Box Addresses.

Returns & Exchanges:

What is the return policy?

Any Store items that have been unwashed, unworn and with tags still attached may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the items.

Free return shipping will apply to all orders placed within the contiguous United States. Return fees may apply to orders placed outside of the contiguous United States.

How do I return or exchange merchandise?

Email service@grandac.com for any questions regarding returns or exchanges. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted. There will be no cost to exchange or return an item if you are shipping and receiving from within the contiguous United States.

Are returns free?

Yes, we offer free returns. You can email service@grandac.com to obtain a free return label.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, email service@grandac.com to inquire about returning/exchanging a gift.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We will accept the damaged item as long as it is unworn and in the original packaging.

Questions About Billing:

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be determined based on where your shipping address.

What form of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
